1. Define Objectives:
We spend time with the client’s team and understand the overall objectives of the website. We define this into measurable achievable goals in terms of click through, visitors, leads, customer acquisition and revenues.
2. Brand Awareness:
In this stage, we get to know the company, the products and services offered and the target audience. We also get an understanding of the company’s vision, the values, consumer insight and the brand personality and positioning of the brand.
3. Competition Analysis:
This stage is very critical and we focus a lot of time and effort in researching the web and building awareness of the competitors in your category. We assess the competitors positioning and their web strategies. This enables us come up with strategies and positioning which will differentiate your brand and web presence.
4. Strategy:
In this stage we present our findings and suggestions to our client. After thorough discussions with our client, we devise the positioning and the web strategy. This results in outlining the web architecture and functionalities for the website.
5. Design:
In this stage we go to the drawing board and produce designs which will enhance the usability and user experience. We work on a couple of designs and present the most compelling design to our client. On approval from the client, the final design is passed to the development team.
6. Development:
This is the culmination of all the previous stages. Here our development team undertakes the build of html/xhtml pages. We ensure that the designs are perfected to the pixel in the final build and the site adheres to W3C standards and triple A standards.
