We emphasise and work according to W3C guidelines on our web projects.

2. How do you assess web accessibility?
Web Accessibility is assessed through the testing tools suggested by the W3 organisation. We also refer to the check list outlined by W3C.

3. Do you ensure that all your XHTML & CSS validates according to the W3C validators?
The XHTML and CSS files are tested for the W3C validation using their testing tools. We use the online W3C validation service provided by W3C org for this purpose.

4. Can you develop websites to WCAG Level A / AA / AAA?
Yes, we can develop the websites to meet WCAG levels A/AA/AAA.

5. Do you offer dedicated resources?
Yes. We do provide dedicated resources.

6. Can you provide 24 hour service?
Currently we do not have a team which works 24 hours. However, if a client requires 24 hours service, the same can be provided.

7. Who will manage our projects?
Each of our clients/projects will have a dedicated Project Manager. Depending on the model of working, the resources needed, we work on a customised solution.

8. Are your XHTML developers dedicated front-end developers?
Yes, our XTML developers are the dedicated front-end developers

9. Do you employ freelancers?
We do not employ freelancers. However, we work with partner companies across different cities in India. Currently we work with 5 partner companies. The size of their team varies between 10 – 80 employees.

10. How do you guarantee the confidentiality of the information we provide?
We have clear confidential agreements with all our employees and our partner companies. We have processes in place, which ensures that the confidentially is maintained.
