Projects: In this model, we execute various projects for a fee. The fee charged is determined, based on rate per man hour or on a project to project basis.

Monthly Retainer Model: In this model, we analyse the client’s requirement for a campaign or for a given duration. We determine the amount of work which is required to be done and the dedicated team required to handle the specific tasks. We create a dedicated team to handle these projects, which is managed by a project manager.

A monthly retainer fee is charged and the retainer fee is adjusted against the amount of work executed each month.
